Obtain Saudi Business Invitation
Request a formal business invitation (commercial invitation) from your Saudi partner company. The letter must include their Commercial Registration (CR) number, be on official letterhead, signed by company management. Your Saudi contact submits this through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal and provides you with the invitation reference.
